Our client, a recruitment and staffing agency from Canada, needed a verified database of decision-makers to expand their client base and connect directly with hiring authorities. The goal was to identify key contacts, such as the Head of HR, the Head of Sales, and CEOs, from a list of 6,600 companies across Canada.

Moon Technologies handled the complete research process — finding two relevant contacts per company along with their names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. Each contact was verified and organized into a live Google spreadsheet for real-time collaboration and transparency.

The client used these leads to strengthen their business development and partnership outreach, improving response rates and conversions significantly.
